Win Morisaki was born on the 20th of August, 1990 in Yangon, Myanmar and he was born to Burmese parents and his parents worked in Japan, he lived in Myanmar with his grandmother until he turned 10 years old, he later relocated to Japan to live with his parents.
Win Morisaki attended Shibuya Junior & Senior High School and he later enrolled at Rakuno Gakuen University.
