There are several things to factor into your decision-making as you explore options for moving into a condo, whether that be a Watten Estate condo or elsewhere. The most important thing to keep in mind is that in general, most people do not find the one place that is absolutely perfect with nothing wrong at all for the right price. Most people have a budget to manage, and they have to compromise on some of the things. Even a great deal in a great condo might have some things you need to adjust to that you were not expecting or planning for. Here are three of the main things to consider when buying a condominium so you can get it as right as you can.
How important are the views?
If you want a condo with a great view you have to pay for it. It is one of the things a lot of people want, understandably, it is better to look out over some water, or at some mountains for example than to have another apartment building in your face or something else that is unattractive. You need to decide how important that view is to you and visiting the apartment or Watten Estate condominium for yourself is the best way to assess that. It is doubtful that you can get a premium view and not have a correspondingly large price on the condo. If you are not going to be looking out the windows much or using a balcony much then the view is not as important. If you are on a budget then the view is one of the things you can compromise on and make big savings. Some apartment buildings are going to have better potential views than others because of where they are and how they are placed.
Consider the location
Another things to think about is where you want to live. If you love the area then a watten estate condo is perfect for you, but you need to know what is in the surrounding area to see if it meets your needs. The more you want, the closer to a city you are, or the closer to easy transport into certain parts of the city then the more you pay. How much of a walk do you want to reach the food shops, markets, parks, cafes and so on? Do you need to be close to buses or trains? Do you need good local schools? Are you okay with the noise that comes with inner city life or do you prefer to be somewhere quieter?
Think also about the micro-location
As well as the location as described above there is also the micro-location of the apartment or watten estate condominium to consider. This means where the condo is within the apartment building itself and what direction it is facing. Do you prefer to be street-facing or courtyard-facing? Do you prefer to face a certain direction so you get sun at better times of the day for when you are home? Maybe you want a balcony and you want to grow pot plants and you need to know if they will get enough sunlight. If the building has certain amenities do you want to be closer to them, to make it easier to use them, or further away so the noise does not affect you?
