Terry Notary was born on the 14th of August, 1968 in San Rafael, California, United States and he was born to his father named Isaac Notary and to his mother Nakia Notary, at the age of 7, he suffered from severe hyperactive and had to be enrolled at a gymnastic class to burn off his excess energy.
He later won a gymnastic scholarship at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated with a degree in Theatre arts.
