Stefan Kapicic was born on the 1st of December, 1978 in Cologne, North RhineWestphalia, West Germany and he was born to his mother named Slobodanka Zugic, a Montenegrin actress and to his father named Dragan Kapicic, a retired Yugoslavian basketball player and he was raised in Yugoslavia and he is fluent in German, Russian, English and Serbian languages.
Stefan Kapicic attended a High School in Yugoslavia and he later enrolled at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Belgrade, where he studied acting and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting.
