Lewis Tan was born Lewis Singwah Tan on the 4th of February, 1987, in Manchester, England and he was born to his father Philip Tan, an actor and stunt coordinator and to his mother named Karen Tan and he was raised in Los Angeles, California and he was also raised in France, Thailand, Spain and China and he grew up with three brothers named Sam Tan, an actor, Kevin Tan and Evan Tan.
